Our principals, Kathleen Morgen and Graham Lloyd, have over 50 years of combined experience in management, operations and fundraising. Prior to founding Morgen Lloyd & Associates, Kathleen held the positions of Executive Director and Director of Development with a number of leading Northern California non-profits. Graham built his first career in high-tech engineering and manufacturing, from which he brings expertise in program management, organizational development and quality assurance.
Our qualified associates have backgrounds that include senior-level positions in non-profits, academia, the arts, healthcare and industry. We utilize both an analytical and a practical, oriented approach to ensure our clients reach and sustain their funding goals.
